A self-paced class exploring masking, identity, overfunctioning, and the female neurodivergent experience through a trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming lens. This class helps you begin understanding the patterns you developed to feel safe, accepted, successful, or understood.
Thank you for being here.
This course was created to offer a more compassionate and contextual understanding of the female neurodivergent experience—especially the patterns many women develop to feel safe, accepted, successful, or understood.
Throughout this training, you may notice yourself reflecting on experiences related to masking, overfunctioning, self-judgment, burnout, relationships, identity, or survival-based adaptation. The goal is not to pathologize these responses, but to better understand the reasons they developed.
Please move through the material at the pace your nervous system allows. You are encouraged to pause, revisit sections, or step away as needed.
