Thank you for being here.
This course was created to help you understand how systems, culture, family expectations, gender roles, productivity pressure, and survival-based messages can shape your sense of worth.
Many of us learned to measure ourselves through:
doing
producing
achieving
helping
staying busy
being useful
being responsible
not needing too much
pushing through exhaustion
Over time, these messages can become internal.
You may begin to feel like rest has to be earned, needing support means failure, or your worth depends on how much you can carry.
This class is not about blaming yourself for those beliefs.
It is about understanding where they came from, what they helped you survive, and what may no longer belong to you.
The goal is not to reject ambition, responsibility, culture, or care.
The goal is to separate who you are from what you were taught to measure yourself against.
Please move through this material at the pace your nervous system allows. You are encouraged to pause, revisit sections, skip anything that feels too activating, or step away as needed.
There are reasons you learned to tie worth to output.
