Thank you for being here.

This course was created to help you understand how unmet needs can show up in relationships through patterns like overgiving, people-pleasing, avoidance, shutdown, overexplaining, resentment, or difficulty setting boundaries.

This class is not about blaming yourself for those patterns.

It is about understanding what they may be protecting, what needs may be underneath them, and how your nervous system learned to navigate connection, conflict, safety, and belonging.

Relational patterns can show up across many areas of life, including:

friendships
family relationships
coworkers
supervisors
community spaces
professional roles
chosen family
caregiving roles
group dynamics

The goal is not to force boundaries before you understand your needs.

The goal is to build awareness first, so boundaries can become more grounded, honest, and connected to your actual capacity.

Please move through this material at the pace your nervous system allows. You are encouraged to pause, revisit sections, skip anything that feels too activating, or step away as needed.

There are reasons your relational patterns developed.
