This course explores how stress, nervous system activation, burnout, neurodivergence, and environmental demands can impact energy, focus, follow-through, emotional regulation, and day-to-day functioning.
Throughout this training, you may begin recognizing patterns related to overwhelm, shutdown, inconsistency, exhaustion, difficulty starting tasks, or feeling frustrated with yourself for not being able to function the way you think you “should.”
The goal is not to frame these experiences as laziness or failure, but to better understand the relationship between capacity, stress load, nervous system functioning, and unmet needs.
This is a self-paced psychoeducational course designed to support reflection, awareness, and understanding. It is not psychotherapy, crisis care, or individualized mental health treatment.
