This course explores how early experiences, chronic stress, attachment patterns, and nervous system adaptation can shape the way you think, feel, respond, and relate to others over time.
Because this topic may bring up emotionally activating memories, sensations, or reflections, you are encouraged to move slowly and gently through the material. Pausing, stepping away, skipping sections, or returning later are all valid responses. Reflection should never come at the expense of your sense of safety.
Throughout this training, you may begin recognizing connections between trauma, neurodivergence, survival responses, hypervigilance, shutdown, masking, or relational patterns. The goal is not to assign blame, but to better understand the context in which many responses developed.
