Thank you for being here.

This course explores how unmet needs, attachment experiences, nervous system responses, and survival patterns can shape the way we relate to others and ourselves over time.

Throughout this training, you may begin recognizing patterns such as people-pleasing, overextending, avoidance, shutdown, difficulty expressing needs, fear of conflict, or struggling to maintain boundaries without guilt.

The goal is not to judge these responses, but to better understand the function they may have served in relationships, safety, belonging, or survival.

This is a self-paced psychoeducational course designed to support reflection, awareness, and understanding. It is not psychotherapy, crisis care, or individualized mental health treatment.

Please move through the material at the pace your nervous system allows. You are encouraged to pause, revisit sections, or step away as needed.

⚠️ Important Note:
This class is intended for psychoeducation and reflective learning only and is not a replacement for therapy, crisis services, or individualized mental health care. If this material brings up overwhelming emotions or distress, please seek support from a licensed mental health professional or trusted support system.
