Thank you for being here.

This course explores how shame, self-criticism, comparison, and “should” thinking can develop through lived experiences, systemic expectations, and the pressure to adapt within environments that were not always supportive or understanding of neurodivergent needs.

Throughout this training, you may begin recognizing patterns related to perfectionism, overcompensating, masking, burnout, guilt, or feeling “not enough.” The goal is not to judge these responses, but to understand how they were shaped over time.

This is a self-paced psychoeducational course designed to support reflection, awareness, and self-understanding. It is not psychotherapy, crisis care, or individualized mental health treatment.

Please move through the material at the pace your nervous system allows. You are encouraged to pause, revisit sections, or step away as needed.
